Daniel Willemsen (NL) is in a straight line towards winning his 7th MX Sidecar World Championship title. As winner of last weekend's GP of France together with teampartner Reto Grutter (CH) , Daniel further expands his lead in the overall Championship standings to 57 points. Belgian Vice World Champions Hendrickx/Smeulinckx claimed second podium and are also runner up to Willemsen in the overall MX sidecar World Championship series. Both teams dominate the MX Sidecar World Championship. MX sidecar racing on GP level produces the ultimate offroad- test of performance and reliability for brakediscs. Taking no chances while in persuit of the world title, both teams will not use other than Moto-Master discs. 6-Times MX-Sidecar World Champion Daniel Willems stops 330kgs on a dime using a single Moto-Master 260mm floating front disc. Vice World Champions Hendrickx / Smeulinckx also rely on Moto-Master to stop 330 kgs of sidecar combination while at GP speed. IMAGES COURTESY RIEN WILLEMS.
