In 2008 the series has been transformed from a Cup-series in to a full World Championship series. While Moto-Master already clinched the 2006 and 2007 Womans World cup together with Kawasaki Molson's Katherene Prumm, this time around it is team GPKR's Livia Lancelot who secured the very first official womans MX world title for Moto-Master.
